The good news is that there are many methods to compress a good no-equipment workout into a short amount of time, especially if you're seeking core workouts at home. One core strengthening exercise that requires no equipment is the plank. The plank is an excellent place to begin your core strengthening journey. It requires very little movement and can be modified to be harder or easier, depending on how you feel. To get the full effect of this core exercise, you have to maintain the plank posture for as long as possible. Another core exercise that requires no equipment is the reverse crunch. This exercise strengthens your lower abdominal area, allowing you to focus on only that area if you want a more targeted workout. To execute the reverse crunch, you need to lie on your back with your legs bent, and arms crossed over your chest. Then slowly lower your feet to the ground, keeping your feet slightly lifted above the ground before bringing your knees up to your chest.
